Order Processing

• Orders are confirmed after full payment or partial COD payment.
• Size or colour changes are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
• Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.
